​​​I established my therapy practice a decade ago in Lee, SE12, after qualifying as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist in 2015.​​​​​ ​

 

I qualified as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist in 2021, and hold an MA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory & Practice (Roehampton) and a BSc (Hons) Psychology (Goldsmiths). ​​​​​

​​​​​​I have also worked as an Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapist in the Specialist Psychotherapy Service at the East London NHS Foundation Trust and at the former WPF Therapy clinic near London Bridge. ​​​​

I enjoy working with individuals from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds and engage in regular supervision as well as other professional development to inform my practice.

​​​​​I do not currently provide training therapy, but do work with qualified practitioners.

 

Additionally, I do not offer therapy services or consultancy through insurance companies, EAP schemes, therapy subscription platforms or for AI startups.
