I completed my training at WPF Therapy in London, qualifying as a psychodynamic psychotherapist in 2015, and established a therapy practice in Lee, South East London.
​
In 2021, I qualified as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with both programmes accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council.

I gained NHS experience as a psychodynamic psychotherapist at the Specialist Psychotherapy Service of the East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) in Hackney. I also ​worked at the former WPF Therapy clinic near London Bridge as both a trainee and a qualified adult psychotherapist.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC). ​
In line with the requirements of my registration bodies, ​​​I undertake regular supervision and other CPD activities.

In addition to my work as a psychotherapist, I have an active art practice and continue to pursue training in creative practices.
