​​I established my practice in Lee, South East London, in 2015, where I continue to provide therapy today.
​​​
I also have experience as a psychodynamic psychotherapist at the Specialist Psychotherapy Service of East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) in Hackney.
​​
During my training and beyond, I worked at the former WPF Therapy clinic near London Bridge.
​​​
Additionally, I have collaborated with psychotherapy charities, including the Inner City Centre (ICC) and the Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists in East London (APEL).
Before qualifying, I spent many years in higher education managing services and supporting the health and well-being of staff and students.

Training
I undertook extensive professional training at WPF Therapy, qualifying as a psychodynamic psychotherapist in 2015 and a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in 2021, with both qualifications accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council.

I have undergone comprehensive personal therapies that cover a range of individual, group, and somatic work.​​
