Training

I completed professional training at WPF Therapy, qualifying as a psychodynamic psychotherapist in 2015 and as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in 2021. Both qualifications are accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council.

As essential for psychotherapists, I have extensive first-hand experience of personal therapy. I have undertaken rigorous psychoanalytic training therapy, as well as other individual, group and somatic work.​​

Experience 

In 2015, I established a private practice in Lee, South East London, where I continue to work, both in person and online.

​​I have worked as a psychodynamic psychotherapist at the Specialist Psychotherapy Service of East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) in Hackney.​

​​​​​

I have worked at the former WPF Therapy clinic near London Bridge, both as a trainee and qualified psychotherapist.

​​

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked primarily in higher education institutions, managing staff and student support services, research projects, degree programmes, events and publications.

• Clinical Qualification in Individual Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, WPF Therapy, accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council

• MA in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice, WPF Therapy, accredited by the University of Roehampton 

• Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice, WPF Therapy, accredited by the University of Roehampton and the British Psychoanalytic Council

• Certificate in Counselling Skills, WPF Therapy

• BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Goldsmiths, University of London

Registration

​I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC). ​​

​

To maintain my professional registration, I participate in regular supervision and ongoing professional development in the UK and occasionally abroad.

Other Interests

I maintain an active art practice alongside my therapy work.
