Tuula Rasen BACP BPC FPC
I established my therapy practice in 2015 in Lee, South East London, where I specialise in providing individual psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
In addition to private practice, I have worked as a psychodynamic psychotherapist at the Specialist Psychotherapy Service of East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) in Hackney. I also gained experience as both a trainee and qualified psychotherapist at the former WPF Therapy clinic near London Bridge.
Before qualifying, I spent many years working in higher education, managing services and supporting the health and well-being of staff and students.
Training
I undertook extensive training, qualifying as a psychodynamic psychotherapist in 2015 and a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in 2021 at WPF Therapy, with both qualifications accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council.
As an essential for psychotherapists, I have benefited from comprehensive personal therapies, covering a range of individual, group, and somatic work.
